Welcome to New Living Design Architecture. Established in 2009, NLD has designed custom homes, single family residential additions, condos, restaurants, and a variety of other residential and commercial projects.

Eluzainie Mantik is the lead principle architect. With 15 plus years in the architecture profession, she had managed and designed multi-family residential complexes, 10,000+ sf single residential houses, higher-education buildings and commercial offices, such as medical facilities, urgent cares, retail buildings, churches, and banks. She had extensive experience in design code analysis, planning, and building permit.
